Care begins with a free consultation to learn about how we can help, followed by a comprehensive initial evaluation. Together we develop a personalized plan that may include lifestyle strategies, therapy support, collaboration with your existing care team as needed, and conservative medication options when appropriate.

Collaborative Follow‑Up for Meaningful Progress

Ongoing care includes follow-up visits where we check in on your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and build practical tools to help you feel better and stay well. Support between visits is available through our secure portal so you don’t feel alone in the process.

As things begin to feel more stable, you may not need to meet as often — and that’s a positive sign of progress. We stay connected through periodic check-ins to maintain improvements, adjust care as needed, celebrate progress, and support long-term well-being through practical strategies.
