Care continues beyond the first visit with ongoing, collaborative follow-up sessions that evolve with you and your needs. We review progress, refine your treatment plan, and provide supportive education to build self-awareness, understanding, and empowerment. When appropriate, between-session support is available so you feel consistently supported—not alone—throughout your care.

As things start to feel more stable, our work together naturally shifts. You may not need to meet as often—and that’s a good thing. These sessions are also a space to reflect, build resilience, explore personal growth, and celebrate how far you’ve come.
